Regency at Monroe is an Active Adult Retirement Community for those who are 55 +. Located near Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike, this gated community is built by Toll Brothers.

Regency at Monroe features 7 different base models of homes from 1,811 sq ft to 2,145 sq ft. Homes are 2-4 bedrooms with a 2 car garage, basements are available. Both new construction and resales are available. The popular Toll Brothers models are available, including the Prestwyck, the Bayhill, the Turnberry,Tradition and the St. Raphael - among others.
